Natural cracks along the handle have been filled with green food-safe epoxy, adding a striking pop of color that mirrors the USBP green and highlights the character of this wild-grained slab. Every board in our shop is hand-sanded to a smooth, silky finish, then hand-oiled and finished with a final coat of board butter before it leaves our shop.
