Thank you for shopping with Deep Creek Engraving. Because many of our items are handmade, painted, engraved, or custom-created, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • Other available carrier options at checkout

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate shipping on qualifying orders.

Local Pickup (Optional)

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Sabinal/Uvalde, Texas area. If pickup is available, instructions will be provided after purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Deep Creek Engraving is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Deep Creek Engraving:

  • Ships only within the United States.

Custom and Personalized Items

Because many items are handmade or customized, slight variations may occur and are part of the handmade nature of our products.

Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
